• •“Customer,” “you,” “your” — any person who accesses the Site or purchases products.
• •“Products” — goods offered for sale on the Site or in our store, including clothing, hijabs, thobes, abayas, fragrances, prayer items, and gifts.
• •“Order” — a request submitted by you to purchase Products.
• •“Content” — all text, images, logos, graphics, and materials on the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Site you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account; and
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We strive to describe and display our Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your device’s display. All Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any Product at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

When you place an Order, you agree to pay the full amount, including the Product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping or handling fees shown at checkout.

• ✦Order Confirmation: An email confirmation acknowledges receipt of your Order; it does not constitute our acceptance.
• ✦Order Acceptance: We may accept or decline any Order at our discretion — for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A contract of sale is formed only when we ship the Product.
• ✦Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure, third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• ✦Authorization & Taxes: By submitting payment information you authorize us (and our processors) to charge the total amount. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and factors beyond our control (such as customs or weather). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by you. We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Certain items — including final-sale items, hijabs, undergarments, opened fragrances, and personalized products — are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are offered at our discretion, may not be combined unless stated, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Each code is subject to its own terms (minimum spend, eligible items, expiry). Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are void if obtained fraudulently.

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it is accurate, that you own or have the rights to it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

By submitting User Content, you grant Tawakkul Collection a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing. We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content that we consider unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.

All Content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and the “Tawakkul Collection” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• ✕Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity;
• ✕Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• ✕Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account;
• ✕Using bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site without permission;
• ✕Harassing, threatening, or defaming others; or reselling Products without authorization.

Violations may result in account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tawakkul Collection and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Products, your User Content, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the following, the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois shall have jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You and Tawakkul Collection waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court, or bars any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

By using the Site or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including order confirmations, service messages, and, where you opt in, marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link provided in those emails. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supplier or carrier failures, governmental actions, pandemics, or utility or internet outages.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tawakkul Collection regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
