At Tawakkul Collection, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to purchases made on tawakkulcollection.com and, where noted, at our Morton Grove store.

Email returns@tawakkulcollection.com (or call +1 (773) 343-0701) within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Within 1–2 business days we will confirm your return and send return instructions. If the return is due to our error, we will include a prepaid shipping label.
Repack the item in its original packaging (or a secure box) with all tags attached, and include your proof of purchase.
Drop the package with the carrier, or return it in person at our Morton Grove store. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
We do not process direct exchanges by mail. To exchange for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible before it sells out. In-store exchanges are welcome on eligible items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@tawakkulcollection.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
You are welcome to return eligible items in person at our store. Please bring the item in its original condition with tags and your proof of purchase.
