Sizing Guide
A well-fitted kufi should sit comfortably without being too tight. Follow our guide to find your size.
Use a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string you can measure afterward).
Wrap the tape around your head, positioned about 1 inch above your ears and across the middle of your forehead.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. Note the measurement where the tape overlaps.
Match your measurement to our size chart below. If between sizes, size up for comfort.
| Size | Circumference (in) | Circumference (cm) | Fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 20.5 – 21" | 52 – 53 cm | Snug fit |
| M | 21.5 – 22" | 54 – 56 cm | Most common |
| L | 22.5 – 23" | 57 – 58 cm | Comfortable |
| XL | 23.5 – 24" | 59 – 61 cm | Relaxed fit |
Size up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you plan to wear it for extended periods.
Handmade crochet kufis stretch 0.5–1 inch with wear. Consider sizing down if you prefer a snug fit.
Most adult men wear M or L. When in doubt, M is a safe choice for an average-sized head.
Structured embroidered kufis don't stretch. Measure carefully and choose your exact size.
